Responsibilities

• Engage directly with members to provide personalized financial guidance and services.
• Understand and promote the diverse range of products and services available at Blue
• Ox Credit Union.
• Resolve member issues with professionalism and patience, ensuring member satisfaction and retention.
• Educate members about optimal financial choices to enhance their fiscal wellbeing.
• Participate in and contribute to continuous training and professional development opportunities.
• Gather feedback directly from members to improve services and enhance the member experience.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
