Registered Dietician (Part Time)

Location: 38200 Schoenherr Rd., Sterling Heights, MI, 48312

We are seeking a compassionate and knowledgeable Part Time Registered Dietician to join our healthcare team in Sterling Heights, MI. The ideal candidate will provide expert nutritional guidance and support to patients, helping them achieve optimal health through personalized diet plans and education.

• Assess patients’ nutritional needs, medical histories, and lifestyle to develop individualized nutrition plans.
• Provide counseling and education on healthy eating habits, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Monitor and evaluate patients’ progress and adjust nutrition plans as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Stay current with the latest research and developments in dietetics and nutrition.
• Participate in community outreach and wellness programs as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field.
• Current Registered Dietician (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential.
• Licensure to practice as a dietician in the state of Michigan.
• Strong knowledge of medical nutrition therapy and dietary guidelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and nutrition analysis software is a plus.
