Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 / year
DescriptionThe Business Intelligence Analyst supports data-driven decision making by building and maintaining reporting, dashboards, forecasting models, and repeatable analysis that translate operational and financial data into clear insights. This role partners with cross‑functional teams to understand reporting needs, validate data, and deliver intuitive dashboards, forecasts, and KPI views that help leaders act quickly.
The Experience You’ll Create- Design, build, and maintain automated dashboards, KPI reporting, and forecasting models.
- Develop and maintain revenue forecasting models to support the sales team in new business opportunity.
- Apply statistical techniques, including multiple regression analysis, to identify drivers of performance and improve forecast accuracy.
- Develop intuitive visualizations to support operational and financial decision making.
- Perform ad hoc reporting requested submitted through Jira for multiple divisions.
- Partner with IT and business teams to integrate data sources and validate outputs.
- Automate recurring reporting and forecasting workflows to reduce manual effort.
- Provide training and documentation to help users effectively consume insights.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- 2+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, forecasting, or reporting roles.
- Expert-level Microsoft Excel skills including advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Query, and basic modeling.
- Experience building reports or dashboards in Power BI.
- Strong understanding of data analysis, forecasting concepts, and data visualization best practices.
- Foundational statistics knowledge, including correlation and multiple regression analysis.
- Basic understanding of data structures, tables, and relationships.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Understanding of how automation and AI can be embedded into analytics and forecasting workflows.
- Strong analytical, statistical, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality, accurate work.
- Ownership mindset with strong follow-through and accountability.
- Collaborative and service-oriented approach when working with internal teams.
