We’re looking for a seasoned paid social expert who knows how to turn performance goals into smart, scalable campaign strategies. This person will serve as a key partner to clients, helping shape direction, optimize results, and bring strategic thinking to every stage of execution.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in both the analytics and relationship side of digital marketing. You’ll oversee paid social initiatives across multiple accounts, guide performance decisions, collaborate cross-functionally, and help elevate how the broader team approaches paid media.
Beyond campaign ownership, this role also plays a meaningful part in innovation—identifying new opportunities across platforms, improving internal processes, contributing to business development conversations, and sharing expertise within the digital marketing space.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:- Lead paid social strategy across a portfolio of client accounts, aligning campaign direction with each client’s business goals
- Evaluate account performance and determine when budget shifts, platform adjustments, or campaign changes are needed
- Identify opportunities to improve results, strengthen deliverables, and deepen client partnerships
- Understand not just what the client wants, but what is influencing their decisions and priorities
- Step in quickly when performance is off track and recommend smart, data-backed solutions
- Manage social advertising programs from strategy through execution across key platforms
- Translate larger strategic goals into clear next steps, priorities, and actionable deliverables
- Ensure campaigns are structured in a way that supports performance, scalability, and accurate measurement
- Apply testing strategies to improve KPIs such as CTR, CPA, and ROAS
- Use attribution and reporting insights to inform optimizations and future planning
- Partner with internal teams to identify where additional channel support or services could create stronger outcomes for clients
- Work closely with leadership and team members to ensure resources are aligned with account demands
- Provide guidance and context so team members understand priorities, expectations, and what success looks like
- Support team adoption of new tools, workflows, and best practices
- Stay current on evolving paid social trends, emerging ad platforms, and changes in the digital advertising landscape
- Recommend new offerings, service enhancements, and process improvements that can strengthen client results and team efficiency
- Help evaluate, implement, and train others on tools that improve reporting, workflow, or campaign management
- Contribute ideas that push the team forward strategically and operationally
- Participate in new business conversations when needed by providing paid social expertise
- Review prospective accounts and offer strategic recommendations during the sales process
- Help shape presentations and support pitches with channel insights and opportunity analysis
- Act as a visible voice in the paid media space through content creation, industry engagement, conferences, or digital communities
- Bring a forward-thinking perspective to the team and help raise the bar on strategic excellence
- 5+ years of experience in paid social and digital marketing
- Prior agency experience is required
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, especially within e-commerce and customer acquisition environments
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining strong quality, follow-through, and responsiveness
- Confidence communicating with clients, leadership, and internal teams in a clear, professional, and solutions-focused way
- Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and turn insights into action
- Experience building reporting that clearly ties activity to measurable business outcomes
- Strong grasp of campaign structure and when different approaches make sense
- Ability to quickly learn a client’s business model and build strategy around revenue impact
- Skilled in handling challenges with urgency, professionalism, and sound judgment
- Strong sense of ownership and commitment to client success
