Identity & Access Management Analyst Level 2 – Tech Ops & Finance
Location:
Uniontown, Ohio – This position is 100% remote within the Bank's footprint. Employees will work full time remote outside of a Wes Banco location, with occasional in-person meetings.
Partners with business owners and the Information Technology Applications manager to utilize identity access management solutions for user identities, authentication and authorization. Automates access processes to ensure efficient and effective access provisioning and ensures timely, accurate administration of access privileges for the Bank's workforce.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Provide efficient administration of user access to systems maintained by the Bank’s Operations team.
- Coordinate with business lines and the Information Technology Applications team to identify access requirements and integrate these into identity access management tools and processes.
- Analyze security administration processes and workflows, recommend improvements, and help implement solutions.
- Establish and analyze identities, roles, and access assignments, and develop and maintain role‑based access control.
- Support identity access management tools, ensuring effective incident investigation and resolution.
- Review, develop, and maintain security administration processes and procedures.
- Configure, analyze, and maintain IAM products to ensure high efficiency and effectiveness.
- Coordinate timely incident and problem resolution with vendors.
- Recommend, analyze, and support integration of additional systems and applications into IAM and into Active Directory/LDAP.
- Assist in coaching and training staff members on identity management functions.
- Associate’s Degree in Computer Science or a computer‑related field and two years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Preferred:
Wide‑ranging experience in Identity Management and Identity Governance. - Preferred:
Experience or training in data exchange formats such as JSON, XML, REST, and SOAP. - Working knowledge of Active Directory and Sail Point (IAM) solutions.
- Technical knowledge of Windows operating systems and standard Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong customer service, interpersonal, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, initiative, and assertiveness.
- Ability to plan and organize work efficiently.
- Knowledge of the Bank’s policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements is essential; compliance training must be completed promptly.
