• 5-8 years of relevant delivery or project management experience in banking or financial services
• Demonstrated leadership managing large, complex, multi‑functional build teams
• Direct experience in core banking and deposits modernization programs; at least the last 2‑3 engagements in this area, regional (APAC) delivery experience favorable
• Hands‑on experience with Deposits Management Systems such as Finacle
• Ability to operate independently with limited supervision in a transformation setting
• Strong documentation skills and attention to detail; able to maintain accurate logs and artifacts
• Stakeholder management and follow‑through across bank and vendor teams
• Problem‑solving mindset with ability to surface options and impacts
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Lead and mentor a team of developers, administrators, and analysts working on the Service Now platform
• Foster a collaborative environment to drive innovation and successful project delivery
• Provide regular updates and insights to senior management and stakeholders
• Develop and execute change management plans to ensure smooth adoption of new features and processes
• Conduct training sessions and create documentation to empower end‑users and administrators
• Must be able to relocate to Philippines for long term

• Showcase a consulting mindset by acting as a solution provider rather than an order taker
• Identify project/service stakeholders early and work with them to ensure deliverables are in sync with defined benefits
• Support Build stream closure: ensure all deliverables are achieved, documented, and lessons learned are developed
• Track and maintain RAID (risks, actions, issues, decisions) and dependency logs; drive follow‑ups and elevate blockers early
• Assist in selecting and managing vendors/suppliers for supporting projects
• Support detailed planning activities and create schedules for assigned delivery areas
• Collaborate with technical delivery team, solution architects, vendors, and ITIO teams to identify, document, and manage issues and risks affecting scope, time, cost, quality
• Partner closely with solution architects to ensure build activities align with target‑state core banking architecture and design principles
• Manage delivery dependencies external to scope and track day‑to‑day impacts of changes
• Ensure delivery modules have well‑defined test strategy, test plan, and schedule; manage unit, system, integration, migration, NFR testing and support UAT testing
• Align with application owners and platform owners on deployment schedules and approaches, ensuring operational readiness
• Mentor and manage team members, providing on‑the‑job feedback and guidance
• Ensure project quality meets governance, process standards, and best practices
• Report status of key metrics (risk, scope, schedule, quality, customer satisfaction) from inception to closure
• Assist account management team in responding to new project requests
• Identify opportunities to cross‑sell or upsell the product offering

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
