Young World Physical Education is seeking a Help Desk Support Technician in Sterling Heights, Michigan. In this full-time position, you'll provide technology support to end-users, troubleshoot software applications, and maintain various IT systems.
Strong interpersonal skills and previous experience in customer support are required. Candidates should have at least two years of related experience, and an Associate’s Degree in a computer-related field is desired. The starting salary is $15.25 per hour.
