Sr Software Configuration Analyst; SAP HR​/SuccessFactors

Role Overview

The Sr. Software Configuration Analyst for HR-related systems is responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing generation-related corporate vendor software solutions, including Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) applications such as SAP HR. This role includes making key architectural decisions, enhancing solution performance, and ensuring seamless integration with business processes.

Develop scripts or software components within vendor-provided solutions to perform advanced configuration tasks, enable automation, and implement system enhancements. Apply deep knowledge of business processes to gather business and data requirements, evaluate potential solutions, and recommend software options that meet organizational goals.

Strong collaboration and communication skills are essential to guide best‑practice adoption and continuously improve overall software quality. Ability to promote collaboration within teams and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.

• Expert-level scripting proficiency in languages relevant to COTS applications
