• Advanced processing of Electronic Stored Information (ESI) into multiple systems, including file manipulations and conversions.
• Designing and implementing action plans to upgrade litigation support tools and participating in Change Control Board meetings.
• Leading user acceptance testing and validating rollout of new software upgrades; integrating legal systems by creating scripts, advanced queries, and automated workflow concepts.
• Assisting in administering database organizations, standards, controls, and procedures.
• Providing technical consulting in definition, design, and creation of database environment.
• Maintaining documentation and developing database dictionaries.

• Undergraduate degree (or equivalent) with five years of professional experience, including minimum four years of tasks related to ESI processing or upgrading and integrating technical systems.
• Knowledge of file manipulation applications, scripting, and the eDiscovery industry.
• Certification in an eDiscovery program or related software package (e.g., 'Concordance', 'Relativity', 'Clearwell').
• Willingness to achieve Relativity Certified Administrator credential within six months of hire.
• Experience working within a network environment supporting an eDiscovery platform.
• Experience in performing eDiscovery application system maintenance, upgrades, and day‑to‑day administration.
• At least three years of experience designing, administering, maintaining, and updating databases.
• Familiarity with government network operating environment standards and security requirements.
• Preferred: 10+ years of experience supporting eDiscovery teams with SQL DBA requirements, technical certifications, graduate degrees, or technology‑assisted review experience.

$89,301.33 – $114,816 per year
