Role Overview

Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Developer with strong hands‑on D365 F&O development experience, including X++, extensions, integrations, deployments, and production support.

Ideal candidate will also have strong Microsoft Power Platform expertise with experience in Copilot, AI Builder, and Copilot Studio to deliver AI‑driven automation and modern agent solutions integrated with D365 data. We are seeking a Senior D365 F&O Developer with strong hands‑on development experience, particularly in complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of technical specs to meet functional requirements for the client Dynamics 365 ERP implementation program.
  • Provide D365 software programming solutions for IPT projects and BAU.
  • Carry out configuration as required upon the client D365 environments.
  • Provide technical and functional design advice for the client D365 solutions.
  • Develop and maintain build and release automation systems for D365.
  • Provide design and planning expertise regarding Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • Develop solutions within the client Agile framework, including writing user stories, maintaining product backlog, providing accurate estimations, updating daily stand‑ups, testing applications, contributing to retrospectives, attending user acceptance testing sessions, and maintaining focus on continual improvement.
  • Provide ongoing operational support for internal client customers.
  • Collaborate with the client D365 partners when necessary to ensure the client achieves its required outcome and provide value solutions to meet business needs within the client’s delivery capability.
  • Maintain awareness of emerging technologies and understand integration of these technologies into existing IT applications and infrastructures.
  • Assess and evaluate risk and understand the implications of new technologies and their deployment as new concepts or innovative solutions within the framework of the client business.
  • Mentor other team members in new technologies and work practices as required.
  • Provide end‑user training and supporting documentation.
  • Promote client culture that results in staff and customer satisfaction.
  • Undertake training in a professional manner and manage completion of assignments in accordance with defined time frames.
  • Apply security awareness across all workplace practices and comply with the client Cyber‑Security Incident process on a day‑to‑day basis.
