Role Overview
Work as an IT Operations Analyst in a 24/7/365 support operation, providing technical support to end users, collaborating with Engineering, and improving IT automation workflows. The role involves working with a broad technical stack, including productivity tools, operating systems, and identity and access management.
What You Will Do- Deliver prompt, high-quality technical support
- Communicate clearly with customers
- Collaborate with Engineering
- Participate in shift rotations
This role is for someone who enjoys closing tickets cleanly, has experience in IT support, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a broad technical stack.
Requirements- 2+ years of experience in an IT support role
- Working knowledge of productivity tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack)
- Working knowledge of Windows and macOS
- Working knowledge of help desk and ticketing systems (Jira, Service Now, Freshdesk)
- Working knowledge of identity and access management practices and tools
- Working knowledge of TCP/IP and common network protocols
- Familiarity with Mobile Device Management platforms (JAMF experience a plus)
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Strong instincts for prioritisation and decision-making
- Collaborative working style
