** Role Overview
** We are seeking a hands-on leader to drive our HR data science and AI strategy, building scalable analytics and intelligent automation solutions across the employee lifecycle. This role will own workforce analytics, AI-driven HR initiatives, and the continued development of agent-based solutions integrating
** Workday, Service Now, and SharePoint**.
** Key Responsibilities**
* ** AI & Automation:
** Design and scale AI-driven HR solutions, including chatbot/agent capabilities that automate HR service delivery and workflows
* ** People Analytics:
** Lead Workday-based analytics and reporting, delivering actionable insights on headcount, attrition, recruiting, and workforce planning
* ** Dashboarding:
** Develop and maintain executive-facing dashboards in Power BI
* ** Data Strategy:
** Ensure data quality, governance, and integration across HR systems (Workday, Service Now, and enterprise platforms)
* ** Cross-Functional Leadership:
** Partner across HR and IT to translate business needs into scalable data and AI solutions
* ** Innovation:
** Evaluate and apply emerging AI technologies to modernize HR operations
** Qualifications*** ~7 years in data science, analytics, or AI (HR/People Analytics preferred)
* Strong expertise in
** Workday reporting, data models, and APIs
*** Experience building
** AI solutions or automation (chatbots, agents, workflows)
*** Advanced Power BI skills (data modeling, DAX, dashboards)
* Proficiency in Python or similar tools
* Experience with
** Foundry or similar AI platforms
** strongly preferred

*** Scaled, high-impact analytics that drive HR decision-making
* AI-enabled automation that improves employee and HR team experience
* Clear ownership and advancement of the HR AI roadmapPTC carefully considers a wide variety  of factors when determining compensation. The anticipated annual salary range for this position is between $126,183- $160,718. The salary range reflects a good-faith estimate of compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on a candidate's skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Additionally, candidates may be eligible for a performance-based bonus.
