• Design, architecture, and implementation of network solutions in data centers and remote sites
• Conduct periodic network audits and periodic reviews to assess policy adherence
• Mentor Network operations team to troubleshoot existing networks, identifying and correcting technical issues
• Act as single point of contact for network operations to manage demand and capacity
• Oversee activities such as install, configure, replace, and upgrade network hardware and software
• Perform network modeling, analysis, budgeting, and planning tasks
• Create network diagrams and documentation
• Optimize network performance through tuning and upgrades
• Identify and mitigate network vulnerabilities
• Evaluate new networking hardware and software
• Recommend technology upgrades and improvements
• Work with vendor(s) as necessary to troubleshoot issues
