Our steadily growing Managed Service Provider business is seeking an energetic and skilled service technician. If you have a solid understanding of solving technical issues in virtual environments, this may be your career home!

Your responsibilities at Enertron will include:

• Superior customer care and expedited service
• Create and respond to work order requests
• IT implementation and support services
• WAN and LAN service and support
• Documentation
• On-site and virtual solutions

Your skillset should include:

• Microsoft-related technologies:
  Windows Server, Exchange, SQL, RDS, Office 365, Cloud, Azure, etc.
• WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, security
• Remote access support: VPN, RDS, Lab Tech, Team Viewer, etc.
• Telephony, communication, active listening, and customer care
• Ability to diagnose technical issues
• Self-motivated to keep up with a fast service pace
• Previous helpdesk experience a plus!
