Responsibilities- Ensure smooth execution of plant data systems: software/hardware, 24h JIS control, tracking/archiving safety data, ERP (SAP), EDI, WMS, planning, purchasing, invoicing, networks (Windows/Unix/Linux), PC apps, time/access systems, and QMS per IT roadmap
- Drive system/process development: align departmental requirements, optimize IT-supported processes, and deliver solutions with Corporate IT in line with roadmap and standards
- Support planning and global IT: demand planning aligned with budgets and management, contribute to global IT, and implement global IT structures across responsible plants
- Secure standards: enforce health, safety, environment, info security, and act as CES chapter 9 process owner
- Lead Plant IT team: manage, coordinate, and motivate team
- 5+ years experience spent in IT roles and fields
- Most current technical knowledge with a technology/system Degree in IT
- Experience leading a team and/or managing others
- Understanding of processes/guidelines AS 400
