About This Role

Design, build, and maintain enterprise data infrastructure and data models supporting Combat Mission Systems, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-quality data solutions for analytics and operational needs. Responsibilities:
Design conceptual, logical, and physical data models Develop and maintain data dictionaries and governance standards Optimize data pipelines, database performance, and scalability Support data integration, transformation, and cloud-based data environments Collaborate with analysts, engineers, and stakeholders on business/data requirements Maintain documentation, naming conventions, and change management processes Ensure data quality, consistency, accessibility, and security Support Power BI and AWS cloud data transformation initiatives Preferred

Skills:

Experience with Hadoop or Spark Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments Experience in engineering or manufacturing environments Knowledge of Combat Vehicle systems

Experience with tools such as MATLAB, Simulink, Magic Draw, Midas, SSAS, Alation, Dataiku Key

Skills:

Power BI, SQL, AWS, Oracle Data governance and data quality Data warehousing and metadata management Cross-functional stakeholder collaboration

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Data Management, Math, Statistics, or related field
  • 6+ years relevant experience (10+ preferred)
  • Strong experience with data modeling, ERDs, normalization, and data warehousing
  • Experience with AWS/AWS Redshift, SQL, Power BI, Oracle
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
