Service Technician

Atom Tech Inc. seeks a Service Technician to deliver on-site and remote support for advanced IT solutions. You will diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, perform system installations and upgrades, and ensure high availability of client systems. Collaborate with engineers to implement fixes, document solutions, and contribute to continuous improvement of support processes. You'll work directly with customers, translating complex technical problems into clear solutions while upholding SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote technical support for client hardware, software, and networks
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents within defined SLAs
• Install, configure, and upgrade workstations, peripherals, and related systems
• Collaborate with engineers to escalate complex issues and implement long-term fixes
• Maintain accurate tickets, documentation, and knowledge base articles
• Perform preventive maintenance and system health checks
• Support deployments, rollouts, and migrations for client environments
• Educate end users on best practices, tools, and security guidelines
