With a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction, we are seeking a proactive Purchasing Coordinator to support our operations and help ensure a reliable supply of materials and services.

• Full ownership of purchasing activities
• High visibility with operations and leadership
• Support from cross-functional team during peak periods and coverage needs

• Source and procure plastics resins, direct components, packaging, and MRO supplies
• Manage purchase orders, pricing, and supplier performance
• Maintain inventory levels aligned with production demand
• Troubleshoot supply issues (delays, shortages, quality concerns)
• Build and manage vendor relationships
• Own purchasing data and transactions in Plex by Rockwell Automation (ERP)
• Support accounts payable invoice accuracy

• Purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience in plastics or thermoforming strongly preferred
• Comfortable working independently and owning outcomes
• ERP experience (Plex is a strong asset)
• Strong negotiation, organization, and problem-solving skills
