• Oversee daily branch operations
• Develop and implement sales strategies
• Monitor inventory levels and manage vendors
• Lead and motivate a team of employees

• 2-5 years of experience as a branch manager or general manager in lumber and building materials
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of building materials industry trends
• Ability to analyze sales data and make strategic decisions
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets

• Competitive salary range of $100,000 – $125,000
