We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team in a dynamic restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will assist in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and supporting staff.

Known primarily for its many Shell and Marathon Convenience Stores, Forward’s brand portfolio has grown to include several Subway Restaurants, Super 8 Motels, The Lumber Jack Lodge, and The Lumber Jack Restaurant in West Branch. - Collaborate with the Unit Manager
- Supervise staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Assist in training new employees on procedures and standards
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as necessary
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner
- Proficiency in food production and handling
- Strong leadership abilities to effectively help manage a team
- Competence in cash handling procedures
