We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team in a dynamic restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will assist in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and supporting staff.

Forward Corporation is a fifth-generation family-owned and operated Michigan company that has been in business for 100 years. • Collaborate with the Unit Manager
• Supervise staff, providing guidance and support as needed
• Assist in training new employees on procedures and standards
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as necessary
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner

• Proficiency in food production and handling
• Strong leadership abilities to effectively help manage a team
• Competence in cash handling procedures
