We are hiring Plastics Machine Operators for a Tier 1 Automotive facility. No prior experience is required. This role involves operating and monitoring plastic molding machines to ensure consistent production of high-quality parts.

Location:

Sterling Heights (18 1/2 mile road)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Retrieve plastic parts from the conveyor
  • Inspect parts for visible defects
  • Label each part accurately
  • Transport completed parts to designated workstations
Available Shifts & Pay Rates:
  • 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM $15.50/hour
  • 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM $16.00/hour (includes $0.50 shift premium)
  • 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM $17.00/hour (includes $1.50 shift premium)

• Visually inspect plastic parts for defects

• Wipe, label, and sort finished parts

• Record counts of approved and rejected parts

• Trim excess plastic from components

• Print and apply labels to packaging

• Maintain clean and organized workstation

Job Requirements:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to stand for up to 10 hours

• Follow instructions from supervisors accurately

• Work well independently and as part of a team

• Dependable and detail-oriented

No experience is necessary-training is provided! This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a Tier 1 automotive manufacturing environment.
