Maintenance Technician - Automation & Metal Processing Equipment

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with experience working on automation paint equipment
, metal processing equipment
, and stamping presses
. This position does not require CNC experience but does involve strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work with electrical systems
.

• Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and repairs on automated paint lines
  , metal processing machinery
  , and stamping presses
  .
• Carry out PM inspections on stamping presses
  , ensuring safe and reliable operation.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues, including diagnosing problems with proximity sensors
  , motors
  , and electrical components
  .
• Conduct mechanical repairs and support overall equipment reliability.
• Assist in maintaining safety standards and ensuring compliance with maintenance procedures.
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.

• Hands‑on experience with industrial maintenance in manufacturing environments
  .
• Ability to check and replace proximity sensors
  .
• Knowledge of basic electrical troubleshooting (no programming required).
• Understanding of preventive maintenance on stamping presses
  .
• Strong problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
