We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Maintenance Technician specializing in Cold Prep and Tire Build operations for our manufacturing facility in Clinton, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment used in cold preparation and tire building processes. You will play a critical part in ensuring our production equipment operates at peak performance while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.

HOW

YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
  • Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and preventive care on cold prep and tire building equipment to ensure optimal functionality
  • Diagnose equipment malfunctions and mechanical issues using analytical problem‑solving skills and appropriate diagnostic tools
  • Execute repairs and adjustments to machinery, components, and systems with precision and attention to detail
  • Maintain organized maintenance logs, documentation, and records of all service activities and equipment performance
  • Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and ensure efficient workflow in manufacturing operations
  • Follow established safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure work environment
  • Identify equipment wear and recommend maintenance improvements to enhance operational efficiency
  • Operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and specialized tire building equipment as required
  • Respond promptly to equipment failures and emergency maintenance requests
  • Ensure compliance with company maintenance standards and industry best practices
WHAT YOU BRING TO

THE ROLE
  • AASY Degree in Mechatronics or Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Maintenance or 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience
  • Understanding of basic pneumatic system parts and electrical low voltage control circuits
  • Demonstrated problem solving abilities and analytical thinking
  • Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, multimeter, and diagnostic equipment
  • Solid understanding of maintenance procedures, safety protocols, and equipment operation
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to maintain detailed maintenance records
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Ability to work efficiently and manage time effectively in a fast‑paced production environment
  • Physical capability to perform maintenance tasks, including lifting and working in various positions

THE ENVIRONMENT
