- 9-80 Work Schedule (This position's standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off).

- Familiar with DA Pam 350-70, training and training development including supporting pamphlets.
- 5-15 years minimum of related experience as an Abrams or Stryker mechanic.
- Familiarity with MS Office applications.
- Capable of data entry for the Army Training Doctrine Database (TDC).
- 5-15 years minimum of related experience as an Abrams or Stryker mechanic.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience through Military service as an instructor or experience at General Dynamics Land Systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills and the motivation to work independently and lead others with minimal supervision.
