Automotive Assembly Associate

Sterling Heights, MI (Near 18 Mile Road & Van Dyke)

We are currently hiring Automotive Assembly Associates to join a growing manufacturing team in Sterling Heights. This position involves assembling automotive components in a fast‑paced production environment.

• 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
• USD 15.00 per hour

• 6:00 p.m. – 2:30 a.m.
• USD 15.50 per hour plus USD 1.50 shift premium
• Total pay: USD 17.00 per hour

• Employees receive a USD 1.50 per hour raise after 3 months.

• Assemble automotive parts and components according to work instructions.
• Install clips, bolts, fasteners, wiring, and other components.
• Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met.
• Use basic hand and power tools as needed.
• Follow production schedules and meet daily output goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to all safety and quality procedures.

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Reliable transportation and good attendance.
