• Lead safety, delivery, cost, quality, and morale of hourly work teams.
• Develop team leaders to enhance productivity and reduce costs using World Class Manufacturing processes.
• Ensure inventory integrity and maintain positive relationships with management and union employees.
• Coordinate daily team activities to achieve business metrics and implement WCM tools for material flow.
• Oversee and develop high-functioning work teams, including Team Leaders and Team Members.

• 0-3 years of relevant experience, with a focus on material handling and large equipment.
• Ability to work any shift in a 3-shift operation, with potential for rotation.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• 100% onsite presence required.
• Driving required within the plant premises.

• Automotive industry experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience in a stamping plant is a plus.
