Support Finity™ is seeking a Lean/Continuous Improvement Specialist to assess current operational performance, identify gaps, and drive future state vision in our Sterling Heights plant. You will lead cost-saving initiatives, facilitate lean workshops, and ensure year-over-year improvements while supporting strategic initiatives with the General Manager.
