** What You’ll Do
** As a Process Technician, you’ll be part of our Manufacturing team located in Chesterfield, MI. You’ll get to:
* Operate Injection Molding Machines – Arburg, Toshiba, Engel
* Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot and operate thermolaters, Hot Runner systems, Material dryers, monitoring systems, End of arm Tooling, bagging machine and grinders.
* Operate and program sprue pickers and multi – axis robots
* Troubleshoot all equipment and perform maintenance requests with pertinent information and identify root causes for quality issues.
* Perform a process transfer to match original Master Process – matching fill rates, gate freeze, cooling and cycle times, etc with a repeatable process.
* Create labels and generate appropriate work orders. Perform workorder changes

* High School diploma required
* 3 years experience with injection molding
* 2 shot molding experience
* RJG scientific molding certification - preferred
* Computer skills, specifically with performing inventory transactions
* Forklift certified or ability to successfully complete
* Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, climb, etc for 8 hours or more.
