Material Handling Shift Manager

Stellantis is seeking a Material Handling Shift Manager for our Warehouse & Manufacturing operations in the automotive vehicles, parts, and service industry. In this role, you will lead a team of material handlers to ensure accurate, timely movement of parts and components to support production schedules. You will oversee inventory flow, dock operations, safety compliance, and shift staffing while driving continuous improvement in efficiency and quality.

Collaborating closely with production, logistics, and maintenance, you will use data and lean tools to optimize material flow, reduce downtime, and support Stellantis' commitment to innovation and sustainable mobility in a collaborative, inclusive culture.
