Stellantis seeks an Industrial System Lead to optimize manufacturing systems within our Automotive Manufacturing & Production operations. You will lead cross-functional teams to design, implement, and improve industrial systems, driving throughput, quality, and safety across vehicle and parts production. Responsibilities include line balancing, automation integration, layout optimization, and KPI management. You will analyze production data, lead root-cause problem solving, and champion Lean and Industry 4.0 initiatives.

Collaborating in Stellantis' inclusive, innovation-driven culture, you'll mentor engineers and support sustainable, future-ready manufacturing.
