The Judge Group is seeking a Research & Development Specialist for the food manufacturing division in Sterling Heights, MI. You will develop and commercialize refrigerated foods from concept to production, optimizing formulations and supporting commercialization.
Responsibilities include bench-top to scale-up trials, plant trials, collaboration with QA, Operations, Purchasing, and Supply Chain, and ensuring FDA/USDA/SQF/GMP regulatory compliance. Strong PM and communication skills are essential.
