We currently have an opening for a Midnight Molding Supervisor position. This position will be based in our new Sterling Heights, MI plant and will report to the Molding Manager. Preferred qualifications for this role include 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience and with a strong background working in injection molding. Automotive interior product familiarity would be considered an asset.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and communication skills. The individual must be able to work overtime when required.

This position will be required to provide leadership on the production floor to ensure a high level of safety, productivity, and morale. This position is a key player in helping to affect necessary changes/improvements on an ongoing basis. The supervisor will be responsible for: complying with health and safety rules, quality of our products, productivity improvements, and the training and evaluating of team member performance.

Midnight shift-9:30pm-6:00am (Sunday-Thursday)

This position will be based in Sterling Heights, Michigan and may require periodic travel within the U.S., Canada and Mexico.
