Work Hours2:00 PM – 10:00 PM, Monday–Friday, plus overtime when required.
What You’ll Lead People Leadership:
Train, mentor, and hold team members accountable; model best practices every day.
Process Mastery:
Be the production expert for your area—operate equipment, troubleshoot, and assist with setup to keep flow steady.
Performance Engine:
Drive data-based improvements to consistently reach 85%+ OEE.Schedule Execution:
Ensure each work center follows the plan; hit daily and shift targets.
Visual Management:
Keep the team board current; use shop-floor production tracking tools to monitor progress.
Information Flow:
Lead team meetings; share goals, OEE, past-due status, plant news, and improvement opportunities.
Safety & Compliance:
Maintain full compliance for people and equipment; conduct audits and uphold Lean/5S and housekeeping standards.
Administration:
Verify all paperwork and data entries for accuracy before submitting to your supervisor.
Collaboration:
Work closely with management, engineering, maintenance, quality, and logistics/scheduling.
Strategic Work:
Contribute to product launches, High Performance Work Teams, and other key initiatives.
Culture Champion:
Support company values and policies, including the employee handbook.
How Success Is Measured Productivity vs. standard and overall OEEScrap and quality indicators, including customer feedback
Safety performance and audit readiness
On-time schedule adherence
Impact of process improvements on productivity, scrap, and downtime
Completeness and accuracy of paperwork and data Results of 5S/Lean audits
Feedback from team members, supervisor, and quality
What You Bring
Education:
High school diploma or GED
Experience:
Minimum 2 years in hands-on production/manufacturing
Communication:
Clear verbal and written English; able to read and apply work instructions; effective with teammates and management
Math:
Solid basic math skills
Problem Solving:
Able to define problems and apply formal problem-solving techniques
Ethics:
Lives organizational values and adheres to the employee handbook
Dependability:
Meets deadlines, communicates roadblocks, and takes ownership of the area—even putting in extra hours when needed
Organization:
Plans work, prioritizes, follows through, and maintains orderly systems
Attendance:
Reliable and punctual
