The Material Handling Supervisor leads teams of hourly, bargaining employees to ensure timely material Receiving and delivery to support daily production targets. You troubleshoot issues, allocate manpower, and drive safe, efficient material handling operations in a fast-paced plant environment.
You will collaborate with union leadership, monitor inventory, and uphold Stellantis Production Way practices to continually improve throughput and lean manufacturing processes.
