Shift Supervisor

Sterling Heights, MI. Pay Rate: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour Day Shift: 6:00am - 2:00pm - Overtime and weekends mandatory based on production schedule

Job Description of the Shift Supervisor:
Oversee all day-to-day operations of CER personnel and quality control operations. Manage a positive customer relation with all corporate employees. The ideal candidate selected for this position will:

• Adherence to all company policies and procedures (ex. Quality Policy Manual, Colleague Handbook)
• Responsible for ensuring the team has the necessary tools and materials to properly perform their roles safely and efficiently

Required skills needed of the Shift Supervisor:

• High School Diploma/GED required, college coursework preferred
• Must be willing to travel to local locations within the Metro Detroit area and/or surrounding counties
• Must be detailed oriented

Physical requirements of the Shift Supervisor position:
Duties include but are not limited to standing, walking, twisting, bending, lifting, seeing, talking, and hearing the duration of the shift. A successful candidate will be subject to a background check and drug screen and must receive satisfactory results of the same, as a condition of joining the team.
