- Plan workloads daily by staffing, equipment, and targets; adjust priorities and coordinate flow.
- Lead and motivate teams; run shift meetings; monitor performance, attendance, and handovers.
- Control processes to SOPs; audit lines, contain issues, and maintain visual and line documentation.
- Provide technical support for setup, troubleshooting, maintenance needs, and equipment validation.
- Ensure product quality; address defects, lead RCA, stop production if needed, and support audits.
- Coordinate logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials, components, and packaging.
- Train and certify employees; cross-train, coach skills, and maintain training records.
- Enforce safety, PPE, 5S, and plant policies; address hazards and support emergency response.
- Track and report KPIs; drive Kaizen/Lean, cost reduction, compliance, and continuous improvement.

- 3-5 years automotive industry experience.
- Product and production-line quality knowledge in 7 Quality Basics as well as standardized work.
- JIS production, multivalence processes, and area structuring experience.
- Maintenance and internal logistics, inventory, and stock control knowledge.
- Team management with 5S and visual management expertise.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluent English is required.
- This role will be operating on our second shift from: 2:00pm - 10:00 pm est
