Oversee daily production across multiple work areas, monitoring quality, cost, delivery, productivity, and performance metrics;
Lead, coach, and develop production teams, including GAP Leaders and operators, while managing staffing, scheduling, training, and timekeeping;
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using 5S, TPM, Hoshin, SMED, problem-solving, and standardized work practices;
Maintain a strong shop-floor presence, addressing production issues, coordinating corrective actions, and ensuring efficient line performance;
Champion health, safety, environmental, and quality standards, including the authority to stop production when safety or quality risks arise
