Machine Operator

Entech Staffing Solutions is seeking a Machine Operator for a client in the Professional, Scientific & Technical Services industry. In this role, you will set up, operate, and monitor production machinery to manufacture precision components to specification. Responsibilities include reading blueprints, measuring parts, performing quality checks, and completing basic machine adjustments and preventive maintenance. You'll follow safety and cleanliness standards, document production data, and collaborate with team members and supervisors to keep operations running efficiently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery according to specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and measurement tools
• Perform routine quality checks and inspections on finished parts
• Make basic machine adjustments and conduct minor preventive maintenance
• Record production data and maintain accurate documentation
• Follow all safety, cleanliness, and equipment handling procedures
• Coordinate with supervisors and team members to meet production goals
