General Labor, Manufacturing & Industrial Operations
We are seeking a motivated General Laborer to work within our Sterling Heights locaton. The ideal candidate will provide practical assistance and maintain cleanliness and organization throughout our facilities. Duties may vary.
This is a first shift/ days position
Primary Responsibilities- Loading and unloading materials, tools, equipment etc.
- Light preventative maintenance.
- Cleaning of equipment, machines, facility, including but not limited to trash, debris, and other waste.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to perform manual labor stacks.
- Help with setting up and transferring temporary structures.
- Report issues with equipment or unsafe conditions.
- Operating tools as needed.
- Assisting different members of the operations team.
- Follow all health and safety regulations.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (standing for long periods of time, lifting up to 40 pounds)
- Good hand eye coordination
- Familiarity with power tools and machinery is a plus
- Great attention to detail and a results driven approach
- Outstanding communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to safety rules and compliance standards
