General Production

Depending on assignment, our team members may do any of the following duties:

Job Requirements:

• Work on door or window assembly lines.
• Machine products for hardware installation.
• Staging and packaging finished product for delivery.
• Preparation of frames and jambs used in pre-hanging process.
• Palletize, brace, and wrap with stretch film using automated equipment.
• Maintain quality control on all items produced.
• Maintain a safe work environment.
• Must be able to read tape measure efficiently down to 1/16".
• Must be willing to adjust to different work assignments.
• Must have knowledge of basic power tool usage: (Staple gun, cordless drill, chop saw, etc.)
• Must be willing to work overtime when necessary

Previous experience in a manufacturing or similar environment is preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. unassisted and repeatedly.
• Standing for duration of shifts.
• Bending at times.

Safety:

• Must Adhere to all safety requirements.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $18.76
