White Lotus Farms Bakery in Michigan is seeking a full-time baker to join our energetic team. You’ll work very early mornings (1-4 am starts) to produce fresh bread and croissants for our farmers markets, with a focus on reliability and consistent attendance.
We value teamwork and speed in a fast-paced setting; prior sourdough or laminated dough experience is a plus, but not required. This position is based in person at our original bakery location with 40-hour weeks.
