Antolin is seeking a Line Leader to keep the production line moving and become the expert for that line. You will set up line systems, calibrate adhesives and press settings, and ensure takt time is met on a per-shift basis.
You will monitor operations, document traceability, and maintain 5S cleanliness while enforcing safety policies. Collaboration with supervisors and maintenance is essential for continuous improvement and efficient line performance.
