SalaryRange: $53,000 - $80,000 depending on experience The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.
- Train and mentor production staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control standards.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain to ensure material availability.
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize overall manufacturing operations.
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing production, with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role.
- Proven ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Strong understanding of Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience in training, mentoring, and developing production team members.
- Proficient in using Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and other production management software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for production planning and inventory management
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members
- Familiarity with industry-specific quality standards and regulations (e.g., ISO, GMP)
