About the roleAs the dynamic and versatile Marketing Manager US you will play a key role in managing our US marketing initiatives, whilst working closely with our UK team.
You will be responsible for organizing and executing US marketing projects, whilst ensuring perfect synergy with our international actions. Your role will be essential in raising our brand visibility and impact on the US market.
What You’ll Be Doing- Taking a lead role in the US marketing activity, following guidance from UK-based marketing team.
- Managing the exhibition calendar (bookings events, managing logistics of furniture and marketing materials). Attendance at certain events may be required.
- Support various trade fairs and exhibitions: designing visuals, organizing marketing materials and proposing the furniture to be used and its layout within the space available. Attendance at certain events may be required.
- Complete ownership of small sales events:
Overseeing all aspects of smaller-scale events from concept through execution, while working with HQ for final sign-off. Responsibilities include budgeting, logistics, marketing materials, and liaising with event organizers. - Manage the pop-up shop campaign across US from concept through execution, including localised promotion. Responsibilities include budgeting, logistics, marketing materials, and liaising with venue managers.
- Research speaker opportunities at larger events, including panel discussion or workshop participation
- Producing quality graphics for social media and website with Adobe Creative Suite.
- Updating the US Word Press website, adding new products/content as required.
- Planning and producing engaging written content for use in print and digital media.
- Writing case studies and arranging case study photography of completed projects.
- Adding local updates to our social media presence, where applicable.
- Organizing the execution of email campaigns.
- Supporting the sales team with creation of bespoke presentations for sales appointments, bidding opportunities or CEU presentations.
- Taking ownership of relevant third-party relationships, such as vendors and external collaborations to streamline communication and execution in the US market.
- Ownership of the CET Platform:
Taking full accountability for managing and optimizing our CET / Configura platform, ensuring timely updates and user details are monitored. - Researching advertising opportunities (publications, events).
- Sourcing and stock control of marketing material (printed literature, branded promotional items).
- Responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of showroom in MI and LA, including inventory to ensure stock accuracy, availability, and presentation.
- Managing US product information/updates/templates on internal software such as Gold Vision/Hub Spot/Microsoft Dynamics.
- Supporting the sales team with ad hoc requests.
- Any other ad hoc duties as required by the business.
- A degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or a related field would be advantageous.
- Proven marketing experience, ideally in a Senior Marketing position.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
, particularly InDesign and Photoshop (essential). - Ability to take ownership and work independently while collaborating closely with the UK Head Office team on marketing campaigns.
- Able to develop and implement marketing plans in alignment with global priorities.
