Perm - Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist - Anesthesia Sterling Heights, MI

The CRNA will be responsible for providing anesthesia care in collaboration with surgeons and the anesthesia care team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and develop individualized anesthesia care plans
• Administer anesthesia (general, regional, or monitored anesthesia care) to patients of all ages and A.S.A. classes, including geriatrics and pediatrics
• Monitor patients during procedures and manage any anesthesia-related complications
• Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
• Travel to other ambulatory sites when needed
• Work harmoniously with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other healthcare providers

• Variety of surgical cases: total hips and knees, plastic, sports medicine, ortho, urology, GYN, ophthalmology, podiatry, dental, pediatrics, endoscopy, and general surgery
