Our Skilled Nursing team delivers specialized care to patients across a variety of areas such as orthopedics, cardiac care, respiratory health, oncology, palliative care, infectious diseases, neurology, and dermatology. You will evaluate patient needs and administer care autonomously, leveraging technology and working as an integral part of a robust interdisciplinary team.

You will earn up to $38.55 per hour.

• LPN Starting Wage: $30.15 per hour
• Plus $3.40 per hour Hero / Hazard Pay

• 12-hour shifts – 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Part Time

• You will promote hospitality and excellent customer service in every daily interaction with guests, families, and visitors.
• You will perform a variety of treatments, including wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and peritoneal dialysis.
• You will administer medications as prescribed, advising patients and families on changes to medications, treatment plans, and patient condition.
• You will provide preventative and supportive care directed to the physiological and psychosocial well-being of patients.
• You will oversee the Nurse Aide team, including giving direction & assignments, offering training, and contributing to recognition and evaluations.

• Required:
  
  Current license to practice as a Practical Nurse (LPN) in Michigan; current CPR-BLS certification.
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree, or higher.
• High level of analytical ability to prepare personalized care plans and implement effective nursing care.
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care.
• Team player dedicated to supporting team members and getting work done.
