Registered Nurse RN Unit Manager - $10,000 Sign On Bonus! (Clarkston, MI)
The Unit Manager is a Registered Nurse responsible for coordinating the clinical care of an assigned unit within the center’s 24-hour operation, ensuring consistent and quality care for all residents. You will assess needs and implement care as needed, utilizing the latest technology and working as part of a strong interdisciplinary team.
You will earn:- Starting wages: $88,000–$90,000 per year.
- PLUS $10,000 Sign On Bonus.
- Set schedules – choose between available shifts: 8 am–4 pm or 1 pm–9:30 pm.

- Supervise the nursing team, providing direction, assignments, training, and contributing to recognition and evaluations.
- Conduct regular rounds with patients and staff to monitor performance and care.
- Instruct the team regarding the skilled care process and act as a resource person for clinical issues.
- Ensure completion of requested reports (infection control, pharmacy compliance, quality management, etc.).
- Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in all daily interactions with guests, their families, and visitors, fostering a positive, healthy environment.
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with at least 2 years of related experience.
- Current Registered Nurse license in the state of Michigan (RN) and current CPR‑BLS certification.
- High level of analytical ability to prepare personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care and rehabilitation, and develop solutions to difficult problems concerning well‑being.
- Excellent customer service skills and commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care.
- Team‑player, dedicated to supporting teammates and getting the job done.
