Registered Nurse Emergency Department (36hrs./wk. Full-Time Benefits) Afternoons-Sterling Heights
Henry Ford Medical Center – Sterling Heights is a full-service medical center with a 24/7 emergency department and a walk-in clinic for non-emergency medical concerns.
Provides leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality compassionate patient care. Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to provide, delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching of patients and family. Effectively communicates pertinent patient/family information to health care team. Participates in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensures implementation of solutions.
Hours & LocationHours:
3 p.m. – 3:30 a.m. (3–12‑hour shifts). Weekend rotation required.

Henry Ford Medical Center – Sterling Heights, 3500 15 Mile Rd, Sterling Heights, MI 48310.
Benefits:
Full-time.
- BSN preferred.
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- 1+ years Emergency Department or ICU experience as an RN required.
- Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities necessary to formulate effective nursing care plans.
- Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services.
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and hospital personnel.
- Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing.
- ACLS.
