We are seeking a dedicated and forward‑thinking Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team. This role is about more than providing care – it’s about partnering in transformation. You’ll deliver exceptional client experiences through genuine connection, clinical excellence, and personalized treatment plans rooted in functional, proactive medicine. You’ll help guide clients beyond quick fixes – toward lasting, meaningful health outcomes.

This role is for the practitioner who sees medicine as an ongoing pursuit – one rooted in curiosity, discernment, and a deep devotion to meaningful change.

• Conduct physical exams, bloodwork reviews, and functional assessments with a deep‑rooted focus on identifying the root cause of client symptoms.
• Personalize treatment plans using a tiered approach that may include lifestyle recommendations, stress‑management techniques, supplement protocols, peptides, IV therapies, tools for hormone optimization via HRT, and more.
• Translate complex medical insights into client‑friendly language and communicate next steps clearly and compassionately.
• Collaborate with team members daily, including Client Advocates, RNs, Front of House staff, and fellow Nurse Practitioners.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary environment by applying principles of medical asepsis, universal precautions, and infection control protocols.
• Document with accuracy and detail; chart same day using EHR, the appropriate charting templates, and proper documentation methods.
• Maintain active licensure, compliance training, and continuing education.
• Stay engaged with clinical advancements in hormone health, medical weight loss, functional medicine, and regenerative therapies.

• Active and unrestricted NP or PA license in the state of Michigan.
• 3+ years of clinical experience (wellness or functional medicine preferred).
• Experience or interest in innovative treatments, such as hormone optimization, regenerative medicine, peptide protocols, and medical weight loss.
• Experience with aesthetic injectables – neurotoxin and dermal fillers – is a plus.
• Comfortable with learning new systems (lab portal, pharmacy portal, EMR).
• Passion for helping others reclaim their health with integrity, innovation, and safety.
